It was my fault that I did not take the time to contact the seller. Regardless, the seller went out of his way to ensure I was pleased! He showed me business integrity that is rare, and to be quite honest I was caught off guard by the amount of effort, the seller put into ensuring I was satisfied with my product and his response to my review. I had an air compressor motor go down the motor needed what is apparently a rare or odd part because nobody in the Philadelphia tri state area could help me. Even the manufacturer who's name is on the part itself couldn't help me. Grainger couldn't even look it up at all. I messaged these guys and had the information I needed within the hour on 2 separate parts nobody else even knew what they are to lookup. These guys knew, and had both parts on the rack in stock.
