Looks like really nice ground surfaces, all nicely packaged. The hardware doesn’t look to be hardened but the tool holders and post is. The T-nut machined really nicely to a precision fit. The tool post lock is smooth and tight. Haven’t used the tool post yet but it looks like hood high quality machine work. Very pleased with everything I’ve received from Shars thus far. The catalog they included will get used

I LOVE the HIGHLY VISIBLE red plastic protective box, plus the desiccant bag in a sealed zip-lock plastic bag. My shop gets very humid in the summers. I ordered a 40nmtb tool holder from them that arrived and had what appeared to be a factor defect ( which happens so not their fault). They didn’t hesitate to fix the issue and had a replacement in the mail in two days. I measured the part I want to duplicate with a thread gauge in order to determine what pitch knurling wheel to order, their description is accurate.
