I will say that the seller was outstanding in handling customer service . The Nutcracker arrived without a finial headpiece piece. The Nutcracker had a pointed object that right on top of its head. I reached out to the seller and it was lost in transit. Seller was so sweet, she offered me a refund of a portion of the price due to the fact that the Nutcracker did not come to me as described.
