Brooch shipped immediately after purchase (within hours), and arrived within days, bubble wrapped in many layers and shipped in a size appropriate, crush resistant bubble wrap mailer. The photos and description were completely accurate, though I believe it is even prettier than photos conveyed, if that's possible. Shipping cost was very reasonable. First rate experience.
