    The item was completely as described and arrived within 2 business days. It was packaged properly and well-protected. The item was excellent value for the cost, much under the typical cost for if it was in a worse condition. Would definitely recommend. They also give all the details on the listing that you may need to know, like if it is BIOS locked.

    A very good laptop and excellent value for the price. Received the laptop which was in good protective packaging before the estimated time. The after sales was fantastic - unfortunately I was sent the wrong charger. I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you
