Item arrived broken when I sent him photos he said I should go to the post office and file a claim and they will cut me a check. It was not insured and if it were it would only pay him, not me He does not know how shipping works. When I replied that would not work he chastised me and threatened to send me bad energy. (!?! lol) He was so repulsive I am just going to take the loss.
