    0 stars. This is the worst interaction that I have had as a buyer and seller on ebay for 25 years. The item ordered was listed as "New: Other" - Per ebay, this condition is defined as never used. The item was priced $10 below new from Google. Below are pictures of what I received directly out of the package - caked with earwax. They said they would send a new one without the need to return and later refused. Beware of anything listed new from jersjersey team. They are fraudulent listings! Scam!
