The speakers were missing yhe special cable to connect them, the seller said they didn't know that the speakers required special cable. They have me refund to offset some of yhe cost of me getting wires separately. They are one of the few vendors on ebay who are utmost professional. I would highly recommend them.

As a buyer, you cannot ask for more than this..damages happen but its how they are delt with that makes all the difference..Have confidence that this seller will stand behind what he sells.
