When I opened the outer package and saw how my dress was wrapped it made me smile. When I sell I always wrap my items with a little extra flair. Now I know how people feel when they buy from me, and open my packages. I was so delighted to see my lovely dress wrapped in a nice package and tied with a lovely little bow. Once my parcel arrived in their regional center, they sent in to NY when it should have gone to the Gulfport, MS Mail Processing Facility. After being sent to NY, it then went to several other cities in NY, then 2 cities in Ohio. Needless to say, my boots took a long roadtrip. This is the third time this facility has misrouted my packages. This Mobile facility needs to seriously be audited.
