    Sent an expensive lens without a lens cap and told me it wasn't in the listing that it came with a lens cap. Posted it rattling about in a box with a single layer of popped bubble wrap and wouldn't send a refund for the cost of a replacement lens (I didn't even include the postage in the refund amount I wanted). They listed it as excellent condition, missing a lens cap is definitely not excellent condition so now it's going through an eBay dispute. Clearly a dishonest seller, avoid at all costs

    offered an immediate refund despite no mention of lens cap in description. Buyer wanted to keep the lens if I sent him a new lens cap costing £30 when third parties ones cost £6. I was unwilling to do that but was happy to pay for 3rd party one. Buyer insists that he wants to keep the lens which had arrived in perfect condition. I have sent a returns label but as yet it has not been sent
