However there was some problem with Tonex registration since the product code card was missing from the box. The previous seller didn't explain that the code was needed for the new user so it is entirely his fault but I wish Cash Converters were a little bit more thorough with their research. Overall an okay experience since they were accepting returns. However, IK Multimedia stepped in with a new code which worked in the end!

Delivered again Monday 1/9/25 - Postal charge very reasonable - Good communications - Condition and appearance as described - a quality product and good value for money. An excellent accessory for my Canon digital camera which was also purchased from my local branch of the same organisation. Will use in a concert next week. Thank you very much!
