There was a box inside the package, open the box soon as I open the box and took out the pendant pendant was way smaller than it showed on the picture which I was not happy about none of my chains fit through the bail. I paid way too much for the small pendant

Rather than a box chain, a standard thin link chain is provided, and the gold hue exhibits a more orange, plated appearance compared to the depicted gold as pictured. The communication with the seller was excellent, and while shipping issues arose, they were attributable to USPS rather than the seller, who promptly and effectively resolved the matter, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

And after five of them, they finally did answer and didn’t answer one of my questions that I All I want was the lock fixed on the bracelet And they did nothing to help me all they did was refund my money I waited a month for nothing over a month Now I have no bracelet and Christmas is three weeks away Would never deal with these people if I were you I don’t leave negative feedback
