      I live alone and the package sat on back porch since arriving 9/24 until I opened it this evening to find the coffee cup in three pieces. I've purchased several sets and numerous pieces in the last month, and this is the first broken piece. I think bubble wrap appears to be superior to the tissue you used. Neither of the boxes it was in showed any damage. I tried to find another way to let you know it arrived broken so sorry if this isn't the correct avenue to let you know the cup was broken.
