I messaged the seller politely asking for a small partial refund. He dismissed the issue, claimed the smell was “normal,” offered to swap the strap (with another of the same quality), and showed no apology or basic courtesy. After pushing back, I was offered just £4 on a £33 watch. Overall poor communication, no accountability, and not worth the hassle. I send out about 700 watches a year with this strap - Draw your own conclusions!
