One of the three items I received was broken during shipping, despite being packed well. I let the seller know and he responded immediately, offering a refund for the broken peice. There was a piece of tape on the handle that left some residue... I might recommend to the seller to avoid that in the future. We usually remove the tape and any residue from such before shipping. I apologize for not doing so on this piece for you. We also stopped using tape a short while ago and all future flatware is now in plastic shrink film where we place the ID sticker.
