I was kept updated on the required extensive packaging, & drop off status. The packaging was done with great care, & FedEx was used (@ my request. FedEx usually does better with Hi-Fi equipment). Dual 1219 turntables are HARD TO SHIP successfully. This one WAS NOT badly damaged like one was that I bought from a DIFFERENT ebayer. FAST shipping from this seller.
