The stamp's rubber was dried out and damaged, so the image was difficult to imprint. I took photos and sent them to the seller, who responded quickly to help me to return the stamp for a complete refund by sending me a free return label, plus I bought a padded envelope to return it. The packaging was nice very cute, softer than I though he was gonna be, looks like the pictures a little bigger than I thought he was gonna be but that’s ok seeing it in real time and online is different, pricing was good I love the free shipping definitely would buy from them again
