When we opened up the box, there was the center grill grate broken and soon as I contacted the seller, they immediately replied to me, within 5 minutes and gave me 2 options and I wanted a replacement and they immediately ordered a new one and it was sent within 3 days. Was a little worried after I ordered because I went back and read some reviews of the seller-most were positive but there were a few that said orders got canceled or other issues - I have no complaints on the seller - blower was just like the pictures posted by the seller - I am happy with this purchase!
