Ultimately a duplicate item was posted via a different delivery company immediately I informed the seller of my urgent need for the machine. When package received it was well, but not excessively, wrapped. This seller could not have been more accommodating in wanting to help. I would not hesitate to order from him again. Excellent.

Two towel rails were received instead of the hooks. I contacted them and they have sent me the two hooks today. I still have the towel rail sent in error and hope they will send me a postage label so I can return it. Speedy response to my problem
