Although my model arrived with some minor damage, (the manufacturer's box was undamaged). So it was not the Seller's fault. It obviously got tossed around during the shipping process. The seller immediately packaged and sent the item to me, from date of purchase to the date I received the item was only 4 days. The seller packaged the item to make sure it would not be damaged in transit. The item arrived in excellent shape, I did have to glue one of the airplane's horizontal stabilizer that became detached from the body - no big deal. I paid a fair price for what the seller offered, I am very happy with the purchase price and shipping!
