Packaging was nothing special, just bubble wrap and cardboard, but it protected the item well enough. The chain itself needed a clean, but again, I expected that. Once cleaned, the chain was gorgeous! It exceeded my expectations. A very good quality item at a good price. I would definitely recommend this seller.
