Often times he would promise to deliver in a timely manner but would then change his ETA by days and even weeks. When I pressed him on his promised delivery date, he ghosted me awhile on messenger. He does eventually follow through although I got tired of waiting for him to complete an order, so I asked him to send to me as is, I completed it myself.
