      This order arrived today (Tuesday, July 22nd). I received a refund for this order on July 20th, based on my previous communication that the order was long overdue and probably lost. Now that the order has arrived, please go ahead and charge me for it. I am unable to read the postmark date. But if the fault was that of the Postal Service, the seller should not be penalized, and should receive full payment for the item. Thank you.
