ONBEGRIJPELIJK. IK WIL MIJN GELD TERUG EN DRINGEND. WAT EEN SCHANDE. AL DAT GELD VOOR EEN TOESTEL DAT OUD IS EN NIET WERKT. DRINGEND ! DRINGEND!

They said they did not have that model number and would be able to make a full refund.
