The soup tureen is a quality item and was described as used but was in perfect condition. It looks like it has never been used. It was great value for money and will complete a dinner set. I would highly recommend toogoodtowaste on eBay. Thank you and thank you too to Shaun for the lovely card with information on the charity.

Real shame as it was a beautiful piece. The seller responded very quickly to my concern and dealt with the matter promptly and professionally. Would still purchase from them again, sometimes things happen. Just a lessons learned.
