Buyer knew it was broken before he purchased it. He also asked for and received a $10 discount on the item. Upon receiving the item, the buyer messaged me in an attempt to keep the item and get a full or partial refund. This is a common tactic unscrupulous buyers use. They want to keep the item and pay less for it. I called his bluff and told him to file a return. fortunately, it's easy to add someone to the blocked buyers list.
