The pot was sticky and had burned on material not evident on the photos. We package all items with care as seen by hundreds of reviews stating so. We stated in the description, "Anodized area has burn marks from food". It is the buyers responsibility to read the listing fully. We also showed photos of the burn marks. We also provide free returns for our customers and would had fully refunded the buyer if they returned the item instead of donating it.

The photos matched the console I received and I was able to repair it. It was well packaged and even though it was shipped over a thousand miles, there was no damage from shipping. The price was fair and on par with other sellers if not below average considering it's condition.
