    Item arrived as shown in images, and functions as described! It arrived a few days late...but that was most likely entirely the fault of USPS and outside of the seller's control. Once shipped, a tracking number was provided immediately, which then showed "delayed" a handful of days by USPS about mid-way into its shipping route—so, the seller most likely did everything right on their end. The packaging was proper & professionally done. All in all, I'd say you can buy here with total confidence 👍

    seller thank you. Rating shipping cost on the sellers feedback is not fair. No ones price is the same, the time it takes to get to the destination is different. Ebay has taken it upon themselves to be "big brother" By collecting the taxes etc which were never before? Telling you it's easier this way? then it was told me that the "hub' is only a USPS warehouse where the US government takes care of it? so why does ebay put it on there? so you can't say what thieves they are for the sellers sake!DP
