When I called to complain, customer service was very apologetic and then bent over backwards to make it right. They were able to pull another light and sent it to me same day and covered the shipping. What started out as a "Will never buy from again." turned into a very positive experience due to great customer service. I wouldn't hesitated to buy from BAS again.

I knew going in this was a ‘salvaged’ part from a plane accident so could not expect perfect. The part had minor damage that left it bent out of shape. When I let them know they immediately responded will to ship another part, great customer service! I was about to reshape it back to compliance.
