The seller had great photos that matched the exact product I got. The packaging was great using a larger box with a lot of recycled material for packing to reduce waste. Will be looking at more bike parts to buy here in the future as I upgrade my bike.

This seller was very responsive in cancelling the transaction and guiding me to buy the item again for shipment to the correct address. The item in question also was excellent, like new. Thank you!
