I purchased on Monday it didn’t get to post office till Friday days after I had to ask seller. Paid full price not an offer which included priority ship but seller sent it ground. Yes item was new but it arrived in horrible condition, every corner of box was crushed due to shipped in bag mailer not bubble or boxed. Yes asked for partial refund for inconvenience seller refused. Item was shipped in bubble wrap. Buyer first complained that they did not recieve item fast enough, wanted money back. Then complained the corner of the box was bent again asked for money. I refused and offered a full refund for a return. Buyer did not want a refund just wanted to try and scam.

Contacted seller to inform I had received a completely different item, and the response was "ship it back". I was a little surprised since I was expecting an apology, and maybe a statement saying that they would ship the correct item right away. I replied to Seller and was responded to keepbthe wrong item "at a discount" why would I want an item that I have no use for? He messaged me and immediately sent a response that he could retrurn the item. He did not like the quick response. I messaged again and offered him SEVERAL options. He could return the item for a refund or keep the similar product with a discount. I have no idea why this person is lying but I have the messages to show that he was given several options to choose from to make the purchase right. BEWARE when dealing with this person. I feel he may be a scammer.
