      Item arrived as described, on time and well packaged. Due to my mistake it was however the wrong part, but the returns process was quick and simple and a full refund was issued quickly. A really pleasant, helpful and understanding team, not least considering it was my mistake. They recommended speaking to them directly in future to ratify that the parts are correct prior to order. eBay confirmed the part was correct based on reg number but this obviously isn't always correct. Seller recommended.

      Item condition better than described. Very helpful seller, great communication. Postage was slow but not at fault of the seller and they kept me updated whenever I needed. Packaging was good too. Would use again, good value for money.
