I need to work on it to get the wheels moving smoothly. Also one of the connections was broken.

Shipping cost was fair however the box arrived crushed, item package was destroyed but item wasn’t damaged. Delivery damage was no reflection on the seller, will be filing a complaint with the post office though. Would do business with this seller again. Again, damage was not the sellers fault.
