Order delivered within the quoted time, order was packaged securely with bubble wrap which meant my whole order arrived safely and intact, even though there were a few thin barrels that could have suffered. The models themselves were even better than expected and certainly exceeded the description. Very good value for money and clearly a first class seller. I would recommend them thoroughly and will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you.

Long story short the seller was brilliant in trying to sort the problem and sent a second different ballista and then discounted the sale which they didn’t have to do. Wonderful communication and customer care under the circumstances. Very well handled.
