    Seller is fantastic! Item was exactly as described and shipped fast. Unfortunately, one of the faucet handles had stripped threads that were difficult to notice, so the seller called me on the phone and apologized then asked if it would be ok if they shipped me a replacement handle.     I'm leaving a positive review for this seller despite having a TERRIBLE experience with a lost package. The item was lost by USPS and arrived a month late BUT, the seller's communication and politeness throughout—including offering a refund— was excellent and respectful of the inconvenience on my end.
