When contacted after reciept, the seller claimed the item, which is essential for operation, is not necessary and accused me of knowing it as well. He then stated that if returned, there would be a 25% restocking fee, which was not stated anywhere in the listing. He aslo advertised that the item would ship Priority Mail but instead shipped it Ground Advantage which is cheaper.
