It was opened opened as described, but were fully setup under another network named TPC209 or something like that. Thankfully I’ve had older Orbis so I knew how to reset them back to factory and complete setup. The router also has slight scratching around the base. The performance since setup tho has been amazing and overall value is worth it. I’ve gotten my claimed 1gb down speeds consistently in testing.
