Seller said he would send a new one the next day. Didn’t happen - had to contact again. New shirt had a hole in the same place. Daughter decided to keep anyway since she wanted the shirt. Informed the seller and got back a message that made no sense. He should have offered a discount or something for the hassle and poor quality control. Really bad experience.
