But unfortunately the operating system was faulty, which the seller couldn’t have known about unless they tried to set the phone up themselves… while I was initially pretty bummed and worried I might have gotten scammed, the seller was very understanding and cooperative in resolving the issue. Even though the item was faulty, over all the customer service was excellent!
