    Package was in much worse condition than described. Photos were taken at angles designed to hide damage on box. In addition the box was clearly previously opened as the seal was broken and there was remnants of some tape holding it closed. The actual insoles appear to be in unused condition. The seller took a few days before shipping out the item. I’m not likely to purchase from this seller again as I don’t trust their descriptions or photos to be totally honest.

    The item was exactly as described. I clearly stated that the box was damaged and that the insoles are brand new. The photos clearly showed the box opened with the insoles removed from the packaging. These insoles were already sold well below retail value. Unless the box was intended for collectible grading, there is no valid reason for a complaint. Additionally, the item was delivered within the promised timeframe of five business days.

    Easy checkout, fast shipping, and the hat is exactly as described and pictured. The packing was sufficient and they even packed paper inside the hat to help it keep its shape. I’ve paid more for brand new hats so the price didn’t worry me too much. All in all, I’d shop with the seller again! Thank you!
