True, the remote does not work 100% but it is OK for an extra. The shipping was free (i.e. its cost is included in the price). The packaging was excellent, the item arrived quite fast (within EU) without any damage. The video recorder is working nicely. The seller's communication is good although is not a story teller.

Ayant fait part, par ebay , de ma décision de retourner cet article au vendeur, celui ci m'a remboursé sans histoires les frais de renvoi et le montant du prix de l'appareil . c'est pourquoi, je trouve que ce vendeur est sérieux.

Well packaged for delivery to UK. Free postage. Two things for UK buyers to be aware: fitted mains plug is Euro 2 pin; HMRC demand import VAT and clearance fee of £73.76 before parcel can be delivered. This is NOT the seller's fault! Overall item is excellent value.
