The exact model of the duffel was different from the eBay listing, and when the seller was informed, he immediately made a price adjustment to insure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.       Buyer didn't bother to simply reach out to me about my mistake, and despite getting an almost 50% discount, I would've still refunded to a point where they were happy with what they bought.
