For the price of postage, I expected proper packaging—not just a thin layer of plastic, which arrived torn. I contacted the seller about this, but their response—‘it just needs a good clean mate’—was disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of care and professionalism was a real letdown.

None of the defects were pointed out by this seller. We've now had to arrange the disposal of the door and have not heard back from them despite us contacting them asking for an explanation and refund.
