The seller offered to send the other 2 dvds with a partial refund or offered a full refund without the 2 dvds. I chose a partial and the seller sent the other 2 immediately and gave me the partial refund, then went out of their way to also replace the damaged dvd. I really appreciated the communication and the extra effort without being asked. Great seller!

This item is OOP Out Of Print and very Rare/Hard To Find at a low/discounted price on eBay. I would highly recommend this seller to other customers. Packaged well and shipped as described. Excellent value. Excellent customer service.
