The final area of value is met and exceeded in the speedy, detailed transaction and the Very keen price point. Extremely pleased. Wonderful.

Received the laptop which was in good protective packaging before the estimated time. The after sales was fantastic - unfortunately I was sent the wrong charger. I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you

The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much. After receipt of the computer I needed to contact the seller for some additional info and received a very prompt reply.
