Communication (transaction recognizing) was quick and as typical tracking is initially vague, once it was in the US tracking was customary. Item quality was very good and also a very good value. I know they had to come from Latvia all the way to Australia, but for a parcel smaller than a post-card and not much heavier, over 3 weeks on the road was simply too long. Postal services coming through Australia were atrocious.
