From there on out, everything was perfect. The item was bubble wrapped about the the size of the unit, with corners reinforced and placed in a heavy duty box. The box arrived in a dented box, but there was no damage to the unit inside because of the grrat packing job. The item and met every criteria I had, including size, color and functionality. It arrived a couple days sooner which was great. The foot massager was double wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. The foot massager looked exactly like the picture. The value.. WHAT A GREAT PRICE . To be able to get this massager for $72 is such a good deal. I would totally get one too if I didn't already have one.
