They make excuses to say the finish is acceptable. I opened a return and the postage the seller paid for was incorrect at 100g when the items weighed 132g at the post office, therefore I had to pay an extra £3.90 postage due to sellers MISTAKE..!! Now the seller has refused to pay my genuine postage costs despite providing photo/evidence. We enclosed 2 Gold chains as free along with other items. He started bargaining and asked for refunds the moment he received it. There were no scratches just paper bag mark that will go away on hanging. We sent him label, he didnt use it. Ta
