The seller took great care to make sure it arrived unharmed, which was so greatly appreciated as it was a replacement for the exact same item (from somewhere else) that arrived completely shattered. The package was packaged and shipped with obvious care and safeguards to protect the item. The seller was very easy to work with and refunded me immediately. So, while I didn’t get the item, the experience was a positive one overall. I would use this seller again without hesitation.

Very well packaged; appropriate-sized box for my order items, thoughtfully wrapped, bundled, and cushioned with protective materials. Great condition items with accessories, and even a retail order slip. There was bubblewrap at the base and across the top, protecting from shifting during transit, but potential scratching when cutting the box open as the buyer. Great find, value, shipping, receiving, this is exactly what eBay is supposed to be. Thank you!
