Obviously not the sellers fault by any means and she was really helpful about it.

Meine Reklamation verlief völlig problemlos: Ich erhielt umgehend den gesamten Kaufpreis zurück; der Artikel musste nicht zurückgesandt werden. Deshalb gebe ich eine positive Bewertung ab.
